Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between WL Handyman Service LLC ("Company") and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("Affiliate").

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program: 1.1. Affiliate may apply for participation in the Company's affiliate program through the Company's website. 1.2. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions: 2.1. The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission for qualified sales or leads generated through the Affiliate's unique referral link. 2.2. Commissions and payment terms will be outlined in the Company's affiliate program documentation.

3. Obligations of the Affiliate: 3.1. The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company's products or services in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards. 3.2. The Affiliate will not engage in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices. 3.3. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their referral links are properly formatted and tracked.

4. Termination: 4.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. 4.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's participation in the program for any violation of this Agreement.

5. Confidentiality: 5.1. The Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by the Company, including but not limited to sales statistics, customer lists, and other sensitive information.

6. Limitation of Liability: 6.1. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

7. Governing Law: 7.1. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

8. Miscellaneous: 8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. 8.2. Amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By enrolling in the Company's affiliate program, the Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
